Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Cloud based opportunities (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.)
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and analyze customer requirements to identify win themes and proposal strategy.
• Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation for proposal creation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams to gather functional, technical and commercial inputs.
• Write, review, and edit proposal content including executive summaries, scope, solution descriptions, methodology, governance etc.
• Ensure alignment of proposals with Oracle’s product capabilities and customer requirements.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and past submissions.
• Track proposal status, outcomes, and contribute to post-bid reviews and lessons learned.
• Liaise with Oracle sales teams for partner-led opportunities or joint proposals.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 13+ years of experience in bid/proposal management, specifically in Oracle ERP (EBS & Cloud) ecosystems (ERP, HCM, CX, or SCM)
• Strong understanding of Oracle product portfolio and implementation lifecycle
• Proven experience with large, complex RFPs and public/private sector tenders
• Excellent team coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal automation tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
