4. Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
5. Key Responsibilities –

• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and internal teams.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements in both French and English.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.

Skills

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
