1.    About the Job – Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation 
 advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SCM.

4.    Educational Background – BE/Btech
5.    Key Responsibilities – 
Must have skills :
• Must have 8 plus years of experience in BMC TCO tool
• Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of BMC TCO
• Excellent in troubleshooting TSOM applications, integration and customization.
• Extensive experience with installing and maintaining BMC TCO within a high distributed complex environment.
• Excellent organization and communication (written and oral both) skills.
• Able to work both autonomously and in teams.
• Self0starter and good decision-making skill
• Experience in Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems and ITIL framework in an advantage.
• String analytical skill with a methodical approach to fault resolution.
• Well organize with positive attitude, ability to work and deliver in demanding environment
• Willing to work in shifts and on-call support will be required
