Job Overview
The CX PRM (Partner Relationship Manager) will be responsible for managing and nurturing our company's relationships with our strategic business partners. The successful candidate will be adept at negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving business growth through these key relationships. The PRM will also be tasked with monitoring partner satisfaction, resolving partner issues, and promoting partner programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
•Implement and customize PRM according to the organization's requirements.
•Write and manage scripts using BML and Groovy.
•Integrate PRM with other systems using Oracle Cloud and REST API's.
•Troubleshoot and optimize PRM to ensure its smooth operation and performance.
Required Skills
•Proficiency in BML Scripting: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with BML scripting, which is essential for customizing and extending the functionality of PRM.
•Expertise in Groovy Scripting: The candidate should have a solid background in Groovy scripting, which is crucial for writing and managing scripts in PRM.
•Knowledge of Oracle Cloud: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud, as it is the platform on which PRM operates.
•The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
•Java: Knowledge of Java programming language can be beneficial for understanding and working with PRM's underlying architecture.
•REST API's: Familiarity with REST API's can be advantageous for integrating PRM with other systems.
•SQL: Knowledge of SQL can be useful for managing and querying PRM's database.
