 Sr Cloud Solution Architect

• Offshore (India) with availability to cover part of IST and part of EST hours. Technical team will be mainly in India. EST morning hours coverage is needed for daily updates and decision-making process.
• Knowledge on all three-cloud platform – Mainly AWS & Azure (OCI is recommended)
• Guide the project team for the assessment of current on-prem setup which includes infrastructure (servers), OS (Windows), framework (.NET/IIS), database (SQL), networking (LB, certificate, ports) and other configuration needed to be considered for cloud migration
• Propose the new cloud platform based on the assessment and capacity planning considering the future growth of application.
• Guide project team through infra-hosting (building server, LB, certificate etc.), app-hosting & DB-hosting cycles for Lab, Dev, Stg, DR & Prod
• Build the cloud security architecture diagram demonstrating the region, zones, subnet, firewall, ports and protocols etc.
• Recommend and help team implement the best practices as well as cloud compliances such as full DR (app+db), HA, auto-scaling, DB and app load balancing
• Guide the project team for any troubleshooting or technical challenges, derive the RCA as needed. Participate in technical discussion including vendor and other common IT cross-functional teams
• Closely work with PM and project team for all major milestone of project until go-live
