- Power Automate (Flow)
- Power Platform (Power Apps Portal, Canvas Apps)
- SSIS (Familiarity of Kingsway soft will be added advantage)
- Azure DevOps
- Visual Studio
- Well familiarized with Dynamics 365 SDK
- Backend: .NET Framework/C# Development
- Ability to write custom code/plug-ins
- FrontEnd:
- HTML 5, CCS 3, JavaScript, JQuery
- Dynamics 365 REST API/ODATA
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service Bus
Tasks/Responsibilities
Notes:
- Resources should be willing to travel to Sweden on 2 weeks to 2 months rotation.
- Team will take over complete transition from an existing partner over to GITDC Pune.
- All candidates will be interviewed by AL at multiple levels.
- Self-organization and communication skills are critical for all individuals.
- Resource mix should have a strong balance between seniority and junior high performers
Description of Work:
Initial responsibility covers providing service and support to sites that are live with OneCRM. This includes:
- Incident Management and Problem Management
- 1st and 2nd line support initially, eventually 3rd line. Entails diagnosis, escalation, investigation, and resolution of incoming tickets from end users
- Identify, investigate, report and document problems
- Business Support and - User guidance
- Support users in questions related to the business functionality
- Performance & Quality Management (including testing and documentation)
- Act proactively to secure performance and high availability by utilizing various tools, including monitoring integrations services, assess messages in Microsoft Message Centre
- Change Management
