- 5-7 years of experience in supporting SAP FICO
- Good business knowledge on Finance accounting process
- A strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT impact upon the business
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of SAP FICO configuration
- Proficiency in data analysis using MS-Excel, SQL
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Analytical and willing to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and question why
- Detailed oriented and quick learner and ready to hit the ground running.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure/multi-tasking
- Strong sense of personal responsibility
- Good team player. Capable of working under a fast pace and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and pickup new things.
- Experience in Financial Institution / brokerage industry
- Familiar with finance system integration
- Familiar with securities trading process, and systems such as Sophis, SYN, Calypso
