HCM Functional Consultant – Talent Management
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Talent Management.
- Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects & Talent Management
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
- Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
- Should have good knowledge in Goal management, career management and performance management.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have got good experience in Talent Management module in cloud platform.
- Hands-on functional consultant to design, configure, test and support entire lifecycle of Goals, Performance, Talent Profile, Succession implementation
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Cloud certification for Talent is desirable.
