Title: Consultant Specialist
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
· Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
· Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
· Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
· Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
· Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
