Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including but not limited to: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Time and Labor. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring they align with company requirements.
- Manage Performance Management processes within the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in Performance Management
- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

- Knowledge of Time and Labor
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with ESS/MSS
