Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM ADP Technical professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, primarily focusing on the ADP platform. This role involves ensuring the system's efficiency, conducting regular audits, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the HR team to meet their technical needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HCM systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Use HDL to load data into Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Manage Core HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of HCM systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Strong knowledge of Core HR
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
