Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Finance Consultant with 7–10 years of overall experience and strong functional expertise in the Infor M3 Finance module. The ideal candidate should have good exposure to SCM and Sales modules to support end-to-end business process integration and effective resolution of finance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation, configuration, and support activities for Infor M3 Finance modules
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions

• Provide functional expertise in areas such as:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets

Costing & Financial Reporting

• Collaborate with SCM and Sales teams to:

• Understand upstream/downstream transaction flows
• Resolve finance-related issues originating from Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles

• Work on cross-module integration, ensuring seamless interaction between Finance, SCM, and Sales
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
• Support production issues, enhancements, and change requests (CRs)
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials
• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Infor M3 Finance module
• Good understanding of end-to-end ERP processes across Finance, SCM, and Sales

Experience in:

• Business requirement gathering
• Configuration and testing
• Production support and issue resolution

Key Expectations

• Ability to analyze integration points between modules and troubleshoot issues
• Strong knowledge of Finance data flows from SCM/Sales transactions (orders, procurement, inventory)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
