We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the end-to-end implementation of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role involves requirement gathering, solution design, deployment, integration, testing, and transition to operations, ensuring secure and compliant privileged access across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full CyberArk implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, deployment, testing, and handover.
- Configure and deploy CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, and EPM.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, SIEM, IAM (Entra ID), ticketing systems, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Develop and enforce privileged access policies, workflows, and security best practices.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
- Perform privileged account discovery, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct UAT, risk assessments, and security audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to internal teams.
- Monitor and optimize CyberArk performance, logs, and incident response.
- Stay updated on CyberArk features, PAM trends, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5–6+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on CyberArk implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of privileged account lifecycle, RBAC, and security controls.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, EPM).
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, IAM, and ITSM integrations.
- Certifications: CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or CDE preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
