Functional/Technical
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE) implementations and rollouts
- Understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and environment management
Project Management
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management (10–15+ years)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong planning, tracking, and governance skills
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with senior leadership and global clients
Tools & Ecosystem
- Experience in Azure DevOps / Jira / MS Project for tracking
Exposure to Power Platform, integration tools, and reporting frameworks
