Title: Program Manager - MES

 

Location: Pune

 

Educational Background: Bachelors/Professional Degree

 

Required Skills:

Program Manager should have 15-20 years of industry experience in Manufacturing & IT Solution

APRISO experience is must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Program Manager should have 15-20 years of industry experience in Manufacturing & IT Solution
  • Have implemented large MES/ Industry 4.0 applications/solution, experience handling multiple geographical challenges Team, Time Zone, Languages.
  • Know-how the economies of Complex Solution development & deployment
  • Objective driven, clear understanding of revenue & margin targets, skill & competency requirements, align team growth and development in parallel with projects/program execution
  • Practice contribution Presale support, Extract reusables, accelerators, templates and trainings
  • Worked on at least one full MES software development lifecycle - design, development, deployment, rollout, transition and handover
  • Planning & Governance – Participate and drive discussion with customer on overall program, prepare detailed project plan with respective Scrum/project team
  • Define matrices for project monitoring, status reporting, risks management and attrition control
  • Measure project success against budget, original scope, business objectives
  • Participate and drive the high level Business requirements and work with account manager for the closure
  • Engages with Senior leadership for program Governance direction and strategy recommendations
  • Good hold over escalation management and effective communication

 

Qualifications:

Education details - Bachelors/Professional Degree

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling multiple geographical challenges Team, Time Zone, Languages.
