The BU Marketing Leader will be responsible for building and executing the marketing strategy and plan in concert with Business Marketing Head, regional teams, and relevant verticals and/or practices.
The right candidate will have a confident presence, with the ability to be persuasive and effective while being a good listener and building solid relationships. The Marketing Leader will achieve the goal of increasing brand visibility and creating demand among targeted customers and partners for services that are market-ready and will be responsible for every facet of preparing and packaging new services for the market. Reports to the Head of Business Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute marketing strategy and plan for one or more business unit/s
- Execute multi-touch Integrated Marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate sales qualified pipeline
- Support external facing proposition development, and lead creation of external facing marketing & sales collateral for all propositions
- Execute the content marketing plan as per the editorial calendar developed for the BU/Practice
- Work directly with practice/Verticals to develop case studies, press releases, testimonials, content marketing assets
- Create content working with writing agencies, and working with SME’s
- Custodian of web and social media content for all matters related to the practice/BU
- Plan and execute effective and measurable omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Run inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive revenue inflows and drive awareness for the brand – PPC, SEM, Paid social
- Create deal pipeline and focus on business development by working closely with inside sales.
- Work with analyst team to manage influencer reach-out, covering BU analysts, advisory firms
- Work with relevant OEMs/ Alliances for joint GTM activities
Academic/Professional qualification:
- MBA or equivalent BU experience
Required experience and skills:
- 10-12 years marketing experience
- Understanding of Enterprise Technologies such as ERP, CRM etc. and industry verticals
- Skilled in creating and managing strategic marketing efforts to consistently increase quality lead from all sources - online & traditional
- Preferred experience of having worked on joint GTMs with large OEMs like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce etc.
- Ability to think strategically both from marketing and organizational perspective
- Ability to effectively collaborate with top and mid-tier leadership
- Meticulous with detail and analytics
- Experience in planning and executing virtual events/webinars
- Flair for content marketing
- Ability to travel if needed (post COVID)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility for working hours – ability to work across time zones
