Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for Strategic enterprise accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
Ability to map Client Stakeholders and prepare Value proposition while collaborating with the Service lines and Global Account management teams.

Account Management:
Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
Responsible for the Individual targets related to Revenue, Order Book, Margin and CSAT for the said accounts
Collaborate with the Global Account Management and Delivery teams to grow the accounts.

Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and  and services.
Collaborate with sales, Service line SME’s and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Work along with the delivery teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on account performance metrics.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ yrs of experience in account management or client relationship roles, in manufacturing sector.
Experience of Supply Chain, Oracle EBS will be preferred.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a preferable Business Management acumen.
Advanced degrees or certifications in account management are advantageous.
