Job Title: EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Technical Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the technical implementation, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, ensuring effective utilization of HR technology to meet the organization's human resources needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Customization and Configuration:
  • Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with organizational HR processes and policies.
  • Implement and maintain HRMS setups, including position structures, organization hierarchies, and other relevant configurations.
  1. Integration Management:
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS with related modules and third-party applications.
  1. Technical Development:
  • Develop and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to address specific HRMS requirements.
  • Utilize Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.
  1. Data Migration:
  • Plan and execute data migration activities related to HR data, ensuring a smooth transition and data integrity.
  • Validate and cleanse data during migration processes.
  1. HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Design and develop custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.
  • Implement solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  1. Performance Optimization:
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Provide technical support to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams on new features, functionalities, and system updates.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development work.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical architecture.
  4. Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
  5. Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR data structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
