Sr. Lead SCM Consultant (Oracle Fusion & EBS)

Role: Sr. Lead SCM Consultant
Experience: 12–15 Years
Location: Delhi NCR / Hybrid
Primary Skills: Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory), Oracle EBS R12 (INV, PO, OM)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Lead SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules. The consultant will lead requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing cycles, and support activities across global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation & support for Oracle Fusion SCM (Self‑Service Procurement, Inventory, Logistics).
• Work with FBDI, ADFDI, and data migration tools.
• Create SCM documents: AS‑IS, To‑Be, Solution Design, BRD, Test Scripts, User Manuals.
• Execute UAT, SIT, Cutover, Go‑Live & Post‑Go‑Live activities.
• Work on Oracle EBS modules: INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP, Costing, India Localization.
• Collaborate with technical teams for interfaces, customizations, and SQL-based data analysis.
• Handle global support, SLAs, Oracle SRs, and escalations.
• Conduct user training and guide junior team members.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM & Oracle EBS R12.
• Strong understanding of P2P & O2C cycles.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with FBDI, ADFDI, SQL Developer, Toad, Data Loader.
