Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Experience: 10–12 years
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EBS implementations and proven ability to work on complex integrations with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle EBS implementations, a deep understanding of the implementation lifecycle, and exposure to Agile project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Perform customizations, extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (CEMLI) development.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems, including:
• Oracle CPQ (OCPQ)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Third-party applications and middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle EBS and integrated systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and deliver within iterative cycles.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10–12 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Hands-on experience in two end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations.
Strong expertise in:
• PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, OAF.
• Interfaces and APIs for Oracle EBS.
• Proven experience in system integrations with OCPQ, MS CRM, and other third-party applications.
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and implementation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to cloud migration strategies for Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft).
• Experience in performance tuning and data migration.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle certifications (EBS or related technologies) are a plus.
