JD for Epicor Technical Consultant

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with   Epicor ERP 10 / Kinetic and Prophet 21 (or later versions).
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or engineering domains.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum project environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Exhibit at least 5 years of proven experience in administering and managing Epicor ERP systems.
• Demonstrate a strong technical proficiency in Epicor ERP software and related technologies.
• Have knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and ERP system customization tools.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Have prior experience with Epicor.
• Epicor Technical Certification(s) would be added benefits.
• Should possess good consulting & communication skills.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor ERP 10 / Kinetic (or later versions) and Prophet21.
• Proficiency in:
  • C#, .NET Framework, and Epicor ICE Tools
  • T-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS Reporting Services
  • BPMs, BAQs, and Dashboards
  • REST / SOAP APIs, Service Connect, or other integration frameworks
• Experience in data migration, custom report development, and Epicor upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with Epicor’s Data Model and Application Studio (for Kinetic UI customization).
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and business process flows.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
• Proven experience in custom development and technical troubleshooting within Epicor.
• Collaborative mindset to work across functional, business, and technical teams.
