Job Overview
As a Sr. Tech Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technology projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Your role will involve planning and scheduling project timelines, coordinating team members, and overseeing quality control throughout the project's life cycle. You will also be expected to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward.
Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
Required Skills
Oracle Cloud: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and its applications. They should be able to manage and oversee Oracle Cloud projects effectively.
Project Management: The candidate must have strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Scrum: The candidate must have experience with Scrum methodologies and should be able to lead a Scrum team effectively.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Preferred Skills
Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE): Experience with FDMEE will be considered a plus.
ODI (Oracle Data Integration): Knowledge of ODI will be beneficial.
EPM Automate Scripts: Experience with EPM Automate Scripts will be considered a plus.
Jira: Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking will be beneficial.
Oracle Project Planning and Control: Experience with Oracle Project Planning and Control will be considered a plus.
Oracle EBS: Knowledge of Oracle EBS will be beneficial.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies will be considered a plus.
Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations and communication.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
