Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FP&A Consultant with 10–15 years of overall experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning, implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for:
    • Budgeting
    • Forecasting
    • Long-Range Planning
    • Workforce Planning
    • Capital Planning
    • Project Financial Planning
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Define planning models, business rules, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
