Good understanding of basic Networking & TCP/IP concepts
- IP addressing (public / private) and subnetting
- VLANs and VTP
- Basic routing (static / dynamic) protocols
- LAN, WAN connectivity
Hands-on experience on any of few networking devices – routers, switches, wireless access points
Basic knowledge on security products would be added advantage
Basic knowledge on monitoring of Network devices
Good communication skills to interact with partners / customers
Fairly good English written and verbal communication skills
