Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Java Springboot Microservices architecture, AWS Native services cloud architect, with Generative AI/Agentic AI architecture skills. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-level architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across complex systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical vision, and the ability to align architecture with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models.
•    Lead architecture design for large-scale, mission-critical applications using Java Springboot Microservices architecture.
•    Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS Native services for cloud-first strategies.
•    Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-optimised solutions on Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP, following the Well-Architected Framework.
•    Define and manage DevSecOps pipelines integrating various tools  
•    Integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise platforms to enable intelligent automation and advanced analytics.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for innovation and competitive advantage.
•    Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
•    Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and architectural principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Strong proficiency in Java Springboot Microservices Architecture and Hands-on Coding ability, Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.
•    Hands-on experience with AWS Native services (AKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). Greenfield development for distributed computing environment. And legacy application modernization experience and patterns.
•    Proven expertise in Generative AI / Agentic AI technologies (LLMs, AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering). AWS Bedrock agent framework (python), Python - Langgraph or CrewAI (RAG and Multi-Agent skills)
•    Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native patterns.
•    Deep understanding of event driven architecture and hands on experience using Redis, Kafka/RabitMQ, GraphQL, gRPC etc.
•    Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Vector and Graph DB’s.
•    Strong experience in Application Modernization
•    Strong experience with Observability platforms - Open Telemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana
•    Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes/EKS etc.
•    Strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience in leading architecture for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
•    AWS Certified Solutions Architect  

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
