Job Description

Position: Oracle ERP Consultant – Fresh Graduates (B.E./B.Tech./MBA)

 

Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Oracle ERP Consulting team. As an Oracle ERP Associate Consultant, you will work with global clients to implement, customize, support, and optimize Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite solutions across business functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in enterprise applications, digital transformation, business processes, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Understand business processes and assist in mapping them to Oracle applications.
  • Configure, test, and validate Oracle ERP modules under guidance from senior consultants.
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, test cases, and user guides.
  • Develop reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations, and workflows where applicable.
  • Analyze issues, troubleshoot system defects, and provide effective solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn emerging Oracle technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices.

 

 

AI & Digital Skills (Preferred):

Candidates should demonstrate awareness or hands-on exposure to AI-powered productivity and development tools, including:

  • Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude)
  • AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent)
  • Prompt engineering fundamentals
  • AI-enabled business process automation
  • Data analysis and reporting using AI tools
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI usage
  • Interest in applying AI to improve ERP implementations, testing, documentation, and business processes

Eligibility:

  • B.E./B.Tech. (All Engineering Streams) or MBA (Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, Business Analytics)
  • 2025, 2026, or recent graduates with strong academic performance
  • Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn Oracle Cloud technologies and business processes
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment

 

Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, programming fundamentals, or business operations is an advantage
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, analytics, or automation tools is desirable
  • Self-learning attitude with a passion for technology and innovation
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and customer-centric mindset
