Job Description

Position: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresh Graduates (0–1 Year)

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical fresh graduates to join our Oracle ERP Consulting practice as Oracle Finance Functional Consultants. In this role, you will work with experienced consultants to implement, configure, test, and support Oracle Finance solutions that help organizations streamline financial operations and accelerate digital transformation.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, business processes, financial accounting, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Oracle Finance implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Understand client finance and accounting business processes and map them to Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Assist in configuring Oracle Finance modules based on business requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements using Oracle best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously learn Oracle Cloud applications, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Oracle Finance Modules:

Candidates will receive training and work on one or more of the following modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expense Management
  • Tax Management
  • Financial Reporting & Period Close
  • Budgeting and Financial Controls

 

AI & Digital Skills (Preferred):

Candidates should possess awareness or hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools and modern digital technologies, including:

  • Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude
  • AI-assisted productivity for documentation, analysis, and presentations
  • Prompt engineering fundamentals
  • AI-assisted data analysis and financial reporting
  • Microsoft Excel with AI features, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve business process analysis, documentation, testing, and finance operations
