We are looking for a Finance System Support Specialist with expertise in ITIL frameworks, ERP application management, and finance process consulting. If you have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, financial systems support, and Power BI, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide application support for Travel & Expense platforms.

✅ Work as part of the Finance Systems Support Team, ensuring smooth ERP operations.

✅ Liaise and follow up on vendor tickets to resolution.

✅ Monitor service level targets, ensuring compliance and timely issue resolution.

✅ Maintain FAQs, user guides, and documentation for finance systems.

✅ Support data preparation and financial performance reporting using Microsoft Power BI.
