Salesforce Functional (Junior business analyst).
Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce)
• Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
• Must have experience of requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation
• Must have experience in testing functionalities and solution assessment as per requirement
• Should have good understanding of Sales and Service management related processes
• Should have good communication skill.
