4. Summary –
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support a high volume production environment. The role requires strong hands on expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and close coordination with technical, onsite, and business teams to ensure smooth day to day operations, issue resolution, and continuous process stability.
The consultant will be responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, month end support, and functional troubleshooting across manufacturing and related supply chain modules.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules in a production environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing related incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Handle shift handovers, priority incidents, and business critical issues during month end and peak operations.
• Perform functional root cause analysis (RCA) and work closely with technical teams for permanent fixes.
Functional Expertise
• Support core Discrete Manufacturing processes, including:
o Bills of Material (BOM)
o Routings
o Work in Process (WIP)
