Job Description: SAP SD Consultant (5–8 Years Experience)

India (Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Remote/Hybrid)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 5–8 years of experience to support implementation, rollout, and AMS projects. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize sales, pricing, billing, and distribution processes in SAP.

SAP SD Implementation & Support

  • Lead/participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Configure Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management
  • Support integration with MM, FI, PP modules

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

  • Conduct workshops with business users
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose SAP best practices
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW

Configuration & Customization

  • Configure Sales Org, Distribution Channel, Division
  • Maintain pricing procedures and condition types
  • Handle GST and India localization

Testing & Deployment

  • Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT
  • Assist in data migration and cutover
  • Support go-live and hypercare

Production Support

  • Provide L2/L3 support
  • Resolve order processing, pricing, and billing issues
  • Ensure SLA compliance

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in SAP SD module

Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), pricing, billing

Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA SD preferred

Understanding of GST and sales processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field

MBA preferred; SAP SD Certification is a plus

Experience

5–8 years of SAP SD experience

1–2 lifecycle implementations and support projects
