Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SFSF LMS (SuccessFactors Learning Management System) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of LMS systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.
Responsibilities
•    Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS according to client needs.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
•    Provide training and support to users on SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
•    Collaborate with other team members to integrate SAP SuccessFactors LMS with other systems.
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and configuration.
•    Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
•    Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
•    Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
•    Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
•    Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development.
•    Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM.
•    Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Reports.
•    Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Mobile features.
•    Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.
•    Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
