Educational Background – Any Graduate.
Experience- 5 + years.
Location-Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad.

Job Overview

The SAP Service Management role is a critical position within our organization that is responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP software and systems. The individual in this role will be expected to oversee all aspects of our SAP services, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. They will work closely with various departments to ensure that our SAP systems are meeting business needs and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP Service Management module including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
Collaborate with other team members to integrate SAP Service Management with other SAP modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Service Management.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Service Management.
Required Skills

Proficiency in SAP Service Management module including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
Strong understanding of integration points between SAP Service Management and other SAP modules.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or SAP certifications are preferred.

Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of SAP CRM Service Management.
•    Experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to Service Management.
•    Understanding of SAP HANA database.
•    Familiarity with ABAP programming.
•    Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
•    Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Service Management.
•    Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform.
•    Familiarity with SAP Business Workflow.
•    Experience with SAP NetWeaver.
