Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
The Oracle HCM Functional Analyst will enable the optimization and sustainment of HR technologies, providing support to the product owner team in the implementation of the technology roadmap and ongoing continuous improvement activities.
Primary responsibilities include
- Administer training records within HCM.
- Reviewing and responding to help tickets related to the learning and competency system.
- Reviewing eLearning content for system compliance testing.
- Conducting unit, UAT, E2E and regression testing for planned sprint activities, on assigned projects and for quarterly Oracle releases.
- Ensuring all required documentation is completed throughout the development process and implementation process.
- Supporting routine system and HR audit activities.
- Investigating issues, identifying root causes and solutions.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge articles & training for HR system related annual cycles, relevant functionality and processes.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience in HCM with specific experience in one or more of the following areas – core, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time & labor, absence, learning, helpdesk, talent & performance, security.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Proficiency at grasping complex concepts.
