Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 11+ years of expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, enhancements, and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in leading end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR teams, technical consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs and best practices.
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
- Manage and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, workflows, security, and data migration activities.
- Provide functional expertise during issue resolution, change requests, and production support.
- Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HCM best practices.
- Experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules and supporting complex business requirements.
- Knowledge of HCM security, approvals, workflows, Fast Formulas, and reporting concepts.
- Experience with HCM integrations, data conversion, and third-party HR systems.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
