Looking for Oracle HCM Talent Functional Consultant with expertise in performance and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle Talent modules
- Performance management setup
- Goal management and talent review configuration
- Succession planning and competency framework setup
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production support
Required Skills:
- Strong Oracle HCM Talent Management functional experience
- Experience in performance templates and talent review setup
- End-to-end implementation/support expertise
