Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP implementations and upgrades Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions Configure and customize Infor M3 modules to meet client needs Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure project success Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications Train end-users and provide knowledge transfer Stay updated on Infor M3 features, updates, and industry best practices
