Title: Infor M3 Functional Consultant

As an Infor M3 Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the Infor M3 ERP system to provide functional support, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for our clients. You will be a key player in project implementations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with M3 functionality.
- Provide functional expertise in Infor M3 modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Production Planning.
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of M3 solutions to meet client needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to promote effective use of the M3 system.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after implementation.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure successful integration between Infor M3 and other systems.
- Prepare documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with Infor M3 updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and improvement suggestions post-implementation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting with a focus on [specific modules relevant to your company].
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes within the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant Infor M3 certifications are highly desirable.
