  1. Knowledge for other M3/Movex components will be added advantage like

 

  • MEC
  • StreamServe/Exstream
  • Subsystems/scheduled jobs

 

  1. knowledge in Business Process Management tools like Syncron is also an advantage

 

Experience Level

 

You should be an experienced business consultant with knowledge of the M3/Movex ERP System. Minimum 5 years of experience of incident support and problem management.

 

Important characteristics are

  • understanding of both systems/technology and business
  • understanding of processes within Sales and Warehouse
  • communication skills on all levels
  • problem solving mindset
  • Knowhow of Sales Order and Warehouse in M3

 

Advantage characteristics

  • Understanding of M3 Project Order module
  • Understanding of processes within finance management
  • understanding of processes and functionalities with different Integrated systems
  • previous Alfa Laval experience in supporting the One4AL or Pulse solutions

 

You are driven by a passion to support the business swiftly with incident resolutions and problem analysis. You have an analytical mindset with attention to details.

On-site travel Required

The person should be based at the Pune office. To start as a consultant with an option to hire.

 

There is a flexibility on how frequent the person should travel to Sweden or other sites and for how long time to stay each time. This needs to be worked out to match the need of the team.

Consultants should be flexible enough to work in CET time zone or US time zones
