Title:  Infor Syteline Functional Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Infor CSI (SyteLine) for Supply Chain Management & Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, business process analysis, and manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze end-user requirements, distinguishing between desired and required needs.

  • Conduct gap and fitment analysis on current and future state business processes.

  • Prepare and complete Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

  • Develop business process models/blueprints for implementation.

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews/workshops to gather requirements.

  • Map requirements to existing functionality and identify necessary customizations.

  • Utilize elicitation techniques such as use cases, prototyping, and workshops.

  • Configure applications, ensuring optimal setup and functionality.

  • Develop high-level design/specifications for process, reports, workflows, and integrations.

  • Create and execute test plans for functional and system integration testing.

  • Prepare CRP (Conference Room Piloting) scripts and lead testing sessions.

  • Conduct data extraction, standardization, conversion, and loading into systems.

  • Deliver end-user training and prepare training materials.

  • Facilitate business process/scenario training sessions for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant.

  • Hands-on experience in Infor CSI (SyteLine) implementation and support.

  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management modules:

    • Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management

    • Planning (APS Finite/Infinite, MRP), Operations, Pick, Pack, Ship, Invoicing, RMA

  • Proven experience in ERP implementation/conversion/rollout lifecycle.

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing industries.

  • Strong communication skills, both functional and technical.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within teams.
