Title:  Infor XA Functional Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking a experienced and proactive Lead Consultant for Enterprise Applications with strong domain expertise in Manufacturing (MFG) and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Infor XA functional modules, along with experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and designing manufacturing functionalities. This role requires excellent client interaction skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and a good understanding of SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze client needs, and assist in designing manufacturing and procurement process functionalities.
• Provide expert guidance on Infor XA Manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with global clients, understanding their business processes and translating requirements into effective solutions.
• Support the implementation and customization of manufacturing and procurement solutions.
• Utilize Agile methodology for project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through JIRA and other project management tools.
• Participate in SDLC activities, including documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical and functional support during project lifecycle phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of domain experience in Manufacturing and Procurement.
• Proven experience with Infor XA functional modules (Manufacturing focus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procurement workflows.
• Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, process design, and solution implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in interacting with global clients.
• Familiarity with JIRA software for issue tracking and project management.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
