Title:  Infor XA Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team in the Enterprise Applications domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Manufacturing (MFG) and Procurement processes, with a focus on Infor XA functional modules. This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and designing manufacturing functionalities, along with client interaction and project management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze client needs, and assist in designing manufacturing and procurement process functionalities.
• Provide domain expertise in Manufacturing and Procurement, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Support the customization and implementation of Infor XA manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with global clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for project execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and document project requirements and solutions.
• Use JIRA software for issue tracking, task management, and collaboration.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor team members and coordinate activities to meet project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of domain experience in Manufacturing (MFG) and Procurement.
• Proven experience with Infor XA functional modules, especially Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and procurement processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in interacting with global clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Familiarity with JIRA software and SDLC processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
