Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ivanti Administrator with 3+ years of expertise in administering, maintaining, and supporting the Ivanti platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for platform administration, user management, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Ivanti platform, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.
  • Configure users, roles, permissions, security policies, and access controls.
  • Manage platform configuration, service catalog, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and business rules.
  • Perform application upgrades, patch management, and environment maintenance.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely incident resolution.
  • Manage integrations, scheduled jobs, email services, and system connectivity.
  • Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and CMDB administration.
  • Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders during deployments and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and change management standards.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and platform optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering the Ivanti platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons administration and platform configuration.
  • Experience in user administration, access management, security roles, and platform governance.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Windows Server, IIS, and application administration.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
  • Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and log analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ivanti certifications are preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ITSM environments.
  • Exposure to cloud environments, automation, and scripting tools is an added advantage.
