5.    Key Responsibilities – 

JD Edwards CNC + Security & Menu Tasks+ ReportsNow Admin:
JDE CNC : All CNC Track Tasks such as, JDE System Health Check, Package Build and Deployment, OCM Creation, Environment Creation, Pathcod Creation, JDE Full Restart, DB SQL understanding and writing queries, Capturing JAS/DEBUG logs, FAT Client installation, Working with AutoPack, working on linux enterprise servers, understanding of LDAP and SSO, troubleshooting different issues , such as package build issues, printer issues, JDE Account lock troubleshooting, working on ORACLE Support : Create SR, Checking Ceritification, Downloading Patches, Applying ESU's, Installation and Working with Weblogic Console & Server Manager , Server Manager issues such as agents issue etc. Monitoring alerts and taking actions for JAS Page loading slowly, Zombies and Kernel Crashes.
 Security & Menu Tasks: JDE Security Workbench and it's tables, QSoft tool - SMP Module and Audit Module, SOD Configuration, knowledge about Duties and Rules, Running SOD from QSOFT, performing Security Verification before and after Role Security Build, Security issues troubleshooting, understanding of role sequencing, creating JDE Roles. Menu Task and fine-cut Creation / Promotions, troubleshooting Menu Project promotion issues, understanding of Menu and fine Cut tables.
ReportsNow Admin: Create and configure users in ReportsNow, Schedule a report as per request, Copy reports from one users to another, Publish Reports as per requests, Transfer the ownership of reports to a new user from user who is leaving the company, Monitor Error Report alerts and provide the root cause and solution, connect with user for any ReportsNow Accessibility issues etc
