Responsibilities
Required Skills
•    Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and tools.
•    Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
•    Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
•    The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
•    Familiarity with safety standards and federal and state regulations.
•    Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
•    Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
•    Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
•    Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
•    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•    Attention to detail.
•    Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
