  5. Key Responsibilities –

 

Create, modify, and disable user IDs in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Integrate user management processes with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.

Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using APIs or middleware.

Maintain security roles, environment access, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Monitor and troubleshoot CNC-related issues including package builds, deployments, and security table updates.

Collaborate with HR, IT security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
