HCM Functional Consultant – Oracle Learning Cloud
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects & Learning Cloud
- Understand client’s business requirements and translate them into Oracle Learn solutions.
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to help clients maximize their use of the Oracle Learn module.
- Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
- Should have good knowledge in all the concepts of Learning Management
- Should have experience in integrating Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud with MS Teams, Skillsoft and other vendors.
- Provide Implementation / Support and troubleshooting, as needed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have got good experience in Learning Management module in cloud platform.
- Hands-on functional consultant to design, configure, test and support entire lifecycle of Learning implementation.
- Should be well versed with all the latest product updates from Oracle.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Learn and other HCM modules
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Cloud certification for Learn is desirable.
