Job Title –  SAP MII Lead Consultant.

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore

Educational Background – Any Graduate.

Experience- 6+ years.

 

Job Description:

Must have participated in full SAP MII project implementations and support projects.
Strong Technical background in SAP MII solution development which includes all components of the MII application such as Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services and Message Services, MDO, MII Frameworks and SSCE.
Expertise in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity (PCo) and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems.
Strong database skills (MSSQL or Oracle).
Proficient in SAPUI5 web technology and related web technologies HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT and XPath. Should also have a good Knowledge on Business Logic Transactions (BLS).
Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex business problems within or across multiple systems.
Nice to have minimum of 1+ years SAP OEE Experience (But not a must
Experience to write well maintainable and self-documenting clean code.
Self-motivated; able to work independently.
Strong understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) processes and their integration with SAP MII.
Ability to gather functional requirements from production and quality teams and translate them into technical specifications for MII implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP PP functions such as BOM (Bill of Materials), Work Centers, Routing, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
Knowledge of SAP QM functions, including quality inspections, control, and notifications within the context of manufacturing processes.
Capable of configuring and customizing SAP PP/QM modules in alignment with MII systems.
Experience in providing functional support to SAP PP/QM users and troubleshooting issues related to production, quality, and shop-floor processes.
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards integrating production data, quality control metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP MII.
Experience in streamlining manufacturing processes using SAP PP and QM functionalities to enhance production efficiency and quality control.
Knowledge ITSM processes for support.
