Title:  Lead Architect - AI/ML

Enterprise‑level AI architect responsible for strategy, standards, and strategic / large‑scale AI projects. Contributes in executing Birlasoft’s AI vision across industries  and platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI & GenAI architecture blueprints for Birlasoft
• Drive AI platform strategy:
  • Agentic AI platforms
  • Multi-agent and MCP‑based ecosystems
  • Multi‑tenant, multi‑account AI solutions
  • Secure and scalable by design
  • Fine tuned systems for economy - token economics, latency, and cost optimization
• Lead design of complex A2A systems with:
  • Autonomous planning
  • Tool ecosystems
  • Human‑in‑the‑loop controls
• Own AI governance frameworks:
  • Responsible AI
  • Risk management
  • Compliance and auditability
• Be capable in advising senior stakeholders on:
  • AI adoption strategy
  • ROI and value realization
  • Build vs buy decisions
• Influence technology roadmap, accelerators, and reusable assets
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple large programs
• Represent Birlasoft in AI thought leadership, PoCs, and innovation forums

Expected Mastery

• Deep expertise across ML, GenAI, Agentic Systems, and Graph‑based reasoning
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cost economics at scale
  • Performance and reliability trade‑offs
  • Enterprise security and compliance

• Ability to translate business strategy into AI architecture

Leadership

• Mentor architects and senior engineers
• Shape organizational AI capability
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership and clients
