Location: Pune (Hybrid Model 3 days Office & 2 days Remote working) (Relocation is considered)
Shift Timings: 2: 30 PM to 11:30 PM
Experience Level: L3 : 7 -10 yrs (Relevant Experience 5+ Years)
Interview: 2 rounds (1st Round -Virtual & 2nd Round - Face to Face)
Laptop: Provided
GAP – 2-3 Months Gap considered
Notice period - Immediate to 30 days
Two rounds of Interviews will be conducted.
1.Role:
As an experienced Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to be a part of an elite scrum team working in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams across the organization – moving impediments out of the way on your own teams and participating in Scrum adoption across the enterprise. You will also be leading the Scrum team to develop new products and services.
As part of an Agile/Scrum team, the Scrum Master performs the critical role of Servant-Leader to the team. The Scrum Master uses their skills of collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching to support the development of our software applications, removing impediments while promoting the team’s self-management and continuous improvement.
2.Experience Level: L3 : 7 -10 yrs (Relevant Experience 5+ Years)
3. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• L3 : Over all 7 -10 yrs (Relevant Experience 5+ Years)
Must have Skills -
Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool ADO
Candidate must be from technology background who understands how IT projects work and function. Its good to have if from Middleware background.
